~HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KELSY~

So, my BFF Kelsy is having a birthday tomorrow (Mar. 27)!!! She loves her birthday and looks forward to it all year long. I just wanted to let her know how much I love her and appreciate her friendship. I know that she's having a hard time with this birthday - you know - getting older and all so I wouldn't dream of telling her age. But, in honor of her, here are 36 wonderful facts (listed in no particular order) about Kelsy:

1. She's a wonderful friend and has helped me through some really difficult times.

2. She is an incredible seamstress and even earned a living from that talent.

3. She loves her car.

4. She has a beautiful singing voice!

5. She is a very sensitive and caring person.

6. She loves, loves, loves her dog Mandy.

7. She knows the words to just about every song written - EVER!

8. She is a wonderful,talented & passionate scrapbooker.

9. She misses her home and family in Utah.

10. Her favorite place to shop is Kohl's & Target (much to Jeff's dismay!)

11. She's a loving wife to Jeff!

12. She's always been supportive and helpful with my kids (even way back in BCU).

13. She's a speed reader.


14. She's, like, totally an 80's girl and loves anything from that era.




15. Her favorite color is PINK!


16. She loves the Green Bay Packers and has even been to a game in Green Bay!


17. She's had a big variety of jobs over the years including working for a dentist, payroll clerk, file clerk, organizer, seamstress medical receptionist, waitress and . . . .


18. She plays the piano.

19. She plays the organ.




20. She played the french horn in school.



21. She has the most amazing memory of anyone I know. She can remember any date including the day of the week something happened.


22. She's has the most adorable daughter, Aubree!


23. Her favorite thing to do is to sleep in and take a nap.

24. She's the aunt to lots of kids that adore her and she adores them and is sad that she can't be with them more.

25. Her favorite place to eat out right now is In & Out Burger.

26. Her favorite vacation spot is Newport Beach, CALI.

27. She has an uncanny habit of witnessing a lot of car accidents.

28. She loves "no bake" cookies.

29. Her favorite singer is Tim McGraw (or Timmy Bgraw as Aubree would say!)





30. She currently works on a construction sight with all men in a dirty trailer.


31. She has a gift for organizing.



32. She has lots and lots of friends.

33. Her favorite drink is Dr. Pepper and when she drinks too much she talks really really fast!

34. Did I mention that she's an awesome friend, great mom, loving wife & talented, amazing overall person?!

Tonight, Kelsy & I celebrated her birthday by shopping and having dinner at the Olive Garden. Here are a few highlights:
