Fun Weekend

Our cute little friend, Aubree, came and spent the weekend with us. We had a great time! It's always a treat to have some one-on-one time with Aubree and I think her parents had a great time on their weekend get away.

We picked Aubree up on Friday afternoon and went to dinner at Mimi's. Then we came home and watched Shrek the third. On Saturday morning, Brad made us pancakes (Aubree's request). While Brad worked in the yard and I straightened up the house Aubree had fun with the dogs. She is loving our new puppy!!

Saturday afternoon we gave Aubree the choice of going bowling or going

Goofy Golfing. She said that she was bowling for her upcoming birthday

party so she wanted to go golfing. Great! It was the perfect day to do

that and we had such a great time! It was really a lot of fun and I can't

wait to go again sometime.

After golfing we were all pretty exhausted but Aubree wanted to play a mean game of "Go Fish!" Of course, she beat me by a mile! She is too good.

Saturday evening she hung out with Brein and Ben. She helped them make dinner and then they watched Shrek.

Sunday we all went to church and Aubree got to go with Brein to Primary. Brein teaches the kids in Primary that are Aubree's age. After dinner Aubree played until Uncle Richard came and got her to go play with her cousins and stay until her mom and dad got back. We had a really great time with Aubree and are so happy that we could spend a little time with her.
