I Voted!

I voted today! I took part in the democratic process and did my civic duty. I went when I thought it would be the quickest and shortest lines but the place was busy! I stood in line with Brad and Logan for nearly a half hour (Logan kept everyone entertained) and then, just when we thought we could get in, vote and get out, they failed to have our names on the list and we had to go stand in another line and fill out some forms. We were told it was a "computer glitch". Anyway, it all worked out and I did vote and now I can proudly wear my "I Voted" sticker. I'm not sure that my vote makes a very big difference in who will win but I do know that I love this country and the freedoms we enjoy. I give thanks for the many men and women and children that have sacrificed so much so that we can live in this great nation that God has given us.

What a woman! I didn't even make it out of my house. I know, I'm pathetic. What can I say?

Thanks for the vote. I appreciate all those that wrote my name in. (wave, wave) Oh, what was I running for?
