Okay, I just can't keep quiet about this one. I love American Idol. I have from the first year it was on the air. I even survived the Sanjaya episodes but this guy is the worst!!! I knew from the beginning that the judges would like him because of his look but last night he sang the worst song ever. I can't even begin to describe what he did to slaughter Johnny Cash's "
Ring of Fire". It was
disgusting to say the least!!! I finally had to turn the sound off and turn my head because I couldn't stand to look at him. To me, he just seems to have evil in his eyes. He totally creeps me out and it will be very interesting to see what america thought of his "performance" last night.
On to much a much brighter and happier note:
We had such a great time at the Ostrich Festival with Logan, Lindsay and David over the weekend. That is an amazing and huge festival with TONS of things to do. We went mainly for the demolition derby - which we love to do with Logan. He loves to see the cars go "CRASH"!
We had a blast. Logan loved the cars crashing, the animals and jumping in the Spiderman jumper. Then I took Logan on a train ride at the kiddie rides. So much fun! We kept Logan overnight and took him to church. He was such a good boy.

I'm with you on the American Idol comments...I only got to see the end, but even the short clip of that guy creeped me out and I used to think he was pretty good. Yuck! Why do they call that event you went to the ostrich festival?
I liked that guy to begin with, he has a good voice, but you are right, that song was just plain stupid and scary!
You totally beat me in posting those pictures. I had good intentions to do that yesterday but got side tracked!
Ditto on American Idol. I was sad to see who was thrown off.
