MY WEEK IN REVIEW . . .

I was putting some pictures on my computer today and realized that I had quite a bit of stuff to share from this week. We started off with Lindsay's birthday on Sunday. Here's Logan helping her blow out her candles on the cheesecake she asked for.

YUM!!!

Happy birthday, Lindsay!

Tuesday we had girls night out to the new
Momma Mia movie.
It was a free pre-screening!
Lindsay, Brein, Me & Susan.

To read Lindsay's great review of the movie go to
Lindsay should have been a movie critic!

Thursday the monsoon hit the valley with
a vengance. I think I've become a true
Arizonan because I just had to take
video of this amazing storm. I seriously
would have laughed at someone doing
this a few years ago but we got 3"
in one night and that just never happens here!

Then, yesterday I was checking out
and found this fun game so I decided to play.
Check it out:
Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together.
It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many
people leave a memory about you.

It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. :)
If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog,
I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.
Lastly, I was on the phone with my sister this morning
and she asked me how my bruise was doing on my leg.
Here is a picture of it exactly 2 weeks ago right now:

Here is a picture of it today!!!!!

I would never have believe that it would go away this fast but I did a little research on the internet and found out about a mineral called "Arnica" and I have been slathering it on my bruise night and day and it's really working! I am so pumped about it!

Anyway, there you have it, my week in a nutshell. Hope yours was great!

Since you were the first one to comment on my game you didn't get to see the NEXT comment. It will make you giggle!!!
My memory of you is you being my YW leader and thinking you were such a cool leader. Just so you know some of what you tried to teach us really did sink in!

Lindsay--your pictures are NOT ugly! Melanie--the memory of you that I'm going to post is when you and I slept out in the tent one night in the summer (I can't remember how old we were, but you probably weren't more than 7 or 8). I kept making scary faces and you would scream at me to stop because I looked like a witch. (I don't know why that was the first thing that came to my mind...but it was :)

Ok, so my memory of us is sitting in 3 hour long meetings on Wednesday nights. I don't know about you, but I had a hard time after that second hour hit! Fun times. Glad they're done!

Mel, Mel, Mel....so many memories! Which one to choose? Let's see, I'll never forget the home show tours with you and Brad and being so exhausted that we thought the instructions on the little "chopper" thing was hilarious~ "Put the banana in the adding hole!" I've never been able to look at a banana the same!
