Many of you know that Brad & I get up at 4:45 AM to walk 2 miles each morning with our neighbor, Susan. I agree with all of you that we are CRAZY but it's been a good thing for all of us to do. If I accomplish nothing else in my day at least I've done that!Anyway, Susan and I were out walking this morning (Brad was unable to walk with us today) and it just so happened that we walked our route the opposite way. As we started out I looked up in the dark western sky just in time to see a HUGE shooting star flying across the sky. It lasted a long time and it had such a huge tail on it that looked like fire! I was in total awe of it! It was such an amazing site.
It just made me stop and realize how insignificant and small we all are in this amazing universe that our Savior created for us. I have a truly blessed life and so much to be grateful for. It's really easy for me to get all wrapped up in all that seems "wrong" in my life and not recognize all the miracles that happen in my life each and every day.
I made a wish on my shooting star. I can't tell you what it is but I sure hope it comes true! I wish good things for all of you, too!
