Make a Smilebox scrapbook Brad had an absolutely brilliant idea yesterday. He suggested that we take Logan to Build-A-Bear. Okay, so if it involves Logan and the mall - well, I'm there! We started out by picking Logan up. When we walked in the house he was so excited and ran to me and held onto me for the longest time. That boy truly warms my heart. We went to the mall and started out at Build-A-Bear where Logan picked out the monkey. It was a hard choice since he wanted them all. He got to help build by pushing the foot pedal which puts the stuffing into the monkey. Then he put the heart into the monkey along with the "sound gadget" that gives the monkey a voice. Then Logan picked out a cute outfit and a helmet for the monkey to wear. Then he made a birth certificate and named the monkey Mr. Monkey. After Build-A-Bear we let Logan play at the mall playground. He ran, jumped, crawled, drove, slide and ran some more. He had a great time watching all of the other kids. It was fascianating to him! After that we headed over to the pet store and saw all of the adorable puppies. So cute! Logan ran from window to window checking them all out. He even got to pet a english bulldog. Then we headed to the food court for some ice cream. We were so ready for a break! Then it was time to head back home. Logan (and Gramma & Grandpa Mac) were exhausted! I sat in the back seat with Logan to keep him entertained and at one point he got a little overly excited and scratched my face. I yelled, "OWWW!" to which he replied, "YOU SAY OWWW???" Oh my gosh, I didn't even know that he could say a full sentence. Brad and I were shocked. He laughed and thought he was so funny! It was a great Friday night date with my two boys. Love you guys!
