I love living in Arizona. I really do.
However, there is a downside to it.
PIGEONS!!!
They are filthy disugsting creatures that live,
by the billions I swear,
on top of my house!
They poop all over my driveway and patio.
They kick their babies out
of the nest to die in my driveway.
They drink out of the fountain in the backyard
and taunt and tease my dogs.
Does anyone have any advice on howto get rid of these annoying birds?!?

That is a big problem that would drive me crazy, too. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about how to get rid of them. My sympathies...
Isnt that what the bee bee gun is for?? :)
My neighbor throws his rotting oranges at the birds in his yard that drive him crazy...I think his are mockingbirds, however. That is the problem with the warm south. All the birds want to live here!
Good Luck~! We have some birds that live on the eves of our house directly above our front porch. We get the same lovely poop and dead baby birds just not on our driveway, rather the steps of our front porch. A lovely greeting don't you think?
we haave the same problem but they hang outon the back porch! and play in the dogs food and water!! geoff has a pellet gun he shoots out there to scare them off. i heard if you put up one of those ceramic owls thats supposed to work. but i haven't tried it
Go on a Clair and Sherry vacation so you don't have to think about it for a few days! ;0) Just kidding. Wish I could help. The only thing I can think of is search the internet for suggestions.
The ceramic owl will work for about a month or until a strong wind blows it's head to the ground, lol! Then they use it as another perch. I know that if you're trying to protect a fruit tree you hang strips of shiney stuff and that scares them away. I dont know. Sorry! Try google!
