Okay, so, since my daughter began blogging, I've gotten seriously addicted to snooping on blogs. It's so fun to see who you can find and what people are interested in and what fun things are out there. Everyone keeps telling me that I need to start my own blog. I've procrastinated until today. I didn't want to blog about just anything, I wanted my blog to have some purpose, some meaning, in my life at least. Maybe I need to feel like it was justified and not another way for me to waste time at the computer. I decided at the beginning of the year that I need to have a whole lot more gratitude in my life. Some of the happiest people I know are people who are seriously grateful - for everything! I want to be like that so that's what my blog will be about - things that I'm grateful for.
Today, being Sunday, and having attended church, it seemed like the subject of the atonement came up over and over and over. I guess it was the thing I needed to hear. I am so grateful for my Savior and His life and his sacrifice. I so need to learn to incorporate the atonement more into my life on a daily basis. I would be nothing without Him and His willingness to die for me.
